Storytime is available every Wednesday at 10:00A.M. and every 3rd Saturday of the month at 10:30A.M..  The reading and activities are done by Lois Hatch and Elaine Reitz.  Lois and Elaine also go out into the community for storytimes in area preschools.

Volunteer opportunities available :

  • Junior Volunteer program for  kids in 4th-6th grade
  • Teen Advocate Group (T.A.G.) for teens 7th-12th grade
  • Adult Volunteers from 18 and up

During the summer, three summer reading programs are offered-children's, teen and adult

Should a patron accrue fines, he or she is able to pay off the fines with cash, volunteering time to the library or by donating non-perishable food items ($1 per item).  The donated food is given to the North Liberty Family Resource Center and the North Liberty Food Pantry.
