Outreach and Community Services

Upon request, NLCL staff can offer library services to the homebound as well as daycare and senior centers in North Liberty.

The NLCL Food for Fines program offers patrons an opportunity to donate up to 10 cans of food in lieu of paying fines (up to $10 worth, 1 nonperishable food item = $1). This food is donated to the North Liberty Food and Clothing Pantry.

The library also participates in seasonal promotions to assist different populations in our community, through programs like our Giving Tree and Toys for Tots. The NLCL is also a partner with the SHARE program. Ask at the circulation desk for more information.
