Friends of the Library

The Friends of the North Liberty Community Library provide support through fundraising events throughout the year. The Friends are always looking for new members!

Kids

Children as young as fifth grade can volunteer at the library as a Junior Volunteer, assisting with many key library operations. Contact Andrew for more information.

Teens

The Teen Advocate Group (TAG) provides fun programs and activities for kids in seventh through 12th grades. TAG members also sponsor fundraisers that help purchase library materials. Contact Melanie for more information.

Adults

Volunteering at the library can be a rewarding experience for volunteers with any background or skill level. Whatever your interests, if you are an adult who would like to help out at the library, we will find something for you to do! Contact Emily for more information.

Board of Trustees

The members of this volunteer board are appointed by the mayor. Trustees approve and amend library policy and have limited operational oversight. Links to Board meeting minutes and agendas, as well as contact information for current members, can be found on their page.
